Terms of Service

The service

Datum provides construction operations software — attendance, scheduling, drawings, safety, payroll support, and related modules — delivered as a hosted service at datum.contractors and company subdomains.

Your account

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter and for managing which of their people have access. Access is per-company; one flat rate covers every worker in your company.

Your data

Your company's data belongs to your company. We keep it isolated, we don't sell it, and you can export or request deletion at any time. Records are retained with soft-delete so history and audit trails are never silently lost.

Acceptable use

Use Datum for lawful construction-operations purposes. Do not attempt to access another company's data or interfere with the service.

Liability

Datum is a record-keeping and operations tool. It supports — but does not replace — your company's own safety program, professional judgment, and regulatory obligations.
