Your company's data is walled off

Every company on Datum is isolated at the database level — row-level security enforced on every query, verified by automated audits. No company can see another company's anything. Ever.

Encrypted everywhere

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, on enterprise infrastructure. Sign-in uses per-worker PINs and signed session badges that expire.

Nothing is ever silently deleted

Records are soft-deleted only — history, signatures and audit trails survive. If it was signed on your site, it stays provable.

Your data is yours

Full export, anytime, free — including after you cancel. We are not in the data-hostage business.

No selling, no sharing

Your data is used to run your account. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shown to a GC or anyone else unless you're on their project and the sharing is part of how the project runs — which you'll know, because it's the point.
