What we collect

Datum stores the information your company enters to run its operations: worker names and contact details, time and attendance records, safety forms, schedules, drawings, deliveries and related site records. Each company's data is isolated to that company.

How it's used

Your data is used only to provide the Datum service to your company. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than running your account. Sensitive personal information is restricted to authorized roles within your own company.

Storage & security

Data is stored with enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest, with row-level isolation between companies, audited access controls, and soft-delete retention so records are never silently destroyed.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting sam@datum.contractors.
